The winning of a Subaru Impreza R— manual at the 2009 Royal Hobart Show, at Hobart Showground, and is subject to the following terms and conditions (terms) from the 21-24 October 2009 after which time the competition will be closed. Final Draw 3pm 24th October 2009.

  1. The lodgment of an entry by a person is deemed acceptance of these terms.

  3. Any personal information collected by the promoter will only be used for the purpose of the promotion, and will not in any form, be passed on to any third party.
  4. This voucher can be collected at designated entry points; Gates 1, 3 & 4 by persons holding a valid pass to enter, or purchase entry at these points.
  5. Entry boxes at Performance Automobiles site and Blundstone Lawn. Friday between, 4pm and 8pm, entries can only be made at the Arena. Vouchers will not be accepted elsewhere.
  1. Entries will be cleared 15 mins before the hour from 11am through till 4pm, on Friday evening at 8pm, and Saturday commencing from 10am with the last clear at 2pm.
  2. On the hour after each clearing a finalist will be drawn and be eligible for the final draw. There will be 21 eligible finalists, who will only be notified as per their supplied phone number on entry voucher, and invited to attend and issued with a singe entry pass to the final competition at 3pm on the Blundstone Lawn on the 24th Oct 2009.
  3. Of the 21 finalists advised prior, these persons will be entered into the “finalist” draw. The first name drawn from the finalists draw who is at the Draw location at 3pm on Saturday 24th Oct 09, will be deemed the winner.
  4. The winner must hold a licence to drive, or be accompanied by a licenced adult to collect prize. The prize will be redeemed in Hobart. Any extra delivery costs outside Hobart will be borne by the winner.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims.
  6. If a claim is not made within the competition period such claim will be forfeited.
  7. The entrant may be required to participate in media promotion in relation to this competition.
  8. The Promoters decision in this matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
